General Terms and Conditions of CronShot

Article 1: General

In these General Terms and Conditions, “CronShot” refers to the service provided through the website of CronShot; cronshot.io, and all other services provided by CronShot to the Client. The term ‘client’ shall mean: the (legal) person who uses the Service provided by CronShot and/or enters into an Agreement with CronShot. These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer, quotation, and agreement between CronShot and a Client. By using the Service, the Client accepts these General Terms and Conditions. CronShot reserves the right to update these terms, with continued use after changes constituting consent.

Article 2: Agreement

Clients must be 13 years or older. Agreements are concluded via the CronShot website. The agreement may be terminated by either party at any time, subject to certain conditions. Clients must provide true, complete information during signup. CronShot may use client information for promotional purposes, with client data handled according to the Privacy Policy available on cronshot.io.

Article 3: The Account

Clients are responsible for the security and activity of their accounts. Misrepresentation and unauthorized use are prohibited. CronShot is not liable for account security breaches or misuse. Technical support is provided via email at [email protected].

Article 4: Payment, Refunds, Upgrading, and Downgrading

A valid credit card is required for paid accounts. Payments are non-refundable, with changes in service levels billed accordingly. Prices are exclusive of taxes and subject to change with notice.

Article 5: Cancellation and Termination

Clients can cancel subscriptions or terminate accounts through the account management interface. Termination may result in deletion of content, with CronShot reserving the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason.

Article 6: Modifications and Third Party Services

CronShot may modify or discontinue the Service with notice and uses third-party services for necessary technical infrastructure. Prices and services may change, with current information posted on cronshot.io.

Article 7: Copyright and Content Ownership

Clients retain copyright to their content but grant CronShot a license to use it. CronShot claims no intellectual property over client material, but reserves the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate copyright or these terms.

Article 8: Unlawful Use

Content or behavior that violates laws or these terms may result in account termination. Clients are responsible for their use of the service and any consequences thereof.

Article 9: Liability

CronShot's liability is limited to service fees paid. The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

Article 10: Miscellaneous

These terms constitute the entire agreement between CronShot and the client. Disputes will be governed by the laws of the Turkey. Complaints and questions should be directed to [email protected].
